Recipe for Marinated and Briefly Fried Salmon
Ingredients for 4 People

1. Sprinkle the salmon with salt an let it soak in for 5 minutes.
2. Cut the mushrooms and the bell peppers into small pieces.
3. Prepare the marinade.
4. Carefully clean the salmon with a towel and put it under a grill. Grill the salmon on both sides. Then grill the vegetables.
5. Put the salmon and the vegetables into the marinade for 10 minutes before you serve the dish. Serve on a plate with a little bit of the marinade. Garnish with a few thin sliced lemon slices.
