Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a large saucepan and bring it to the boil. From time to stir. When the sauce is boiling, reduce the heat.

2. Place the fish with the skin upward into the pan. Cook the fish with covered pan, to allow the fish to absorb the broth. Please be aware to not burn the fish.

3. Cook the asparagus in a pot, untio it is dente.

Serve the fish with asparagus and a little bit of the stock on a plate.
