Recipe for Buta Shogayaki

Mix the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl. Marinate the pork
for a few minutes.
Fry the marinated pork with a little bit of
vegetable oil in a heated pan until it is golden brown on both sides.
Put aside on an extra plate.
Chop up the lettuce leaves, the red onions and the Shalotts
into thin slices and decorate them on a plate. Put the fried pork
onto the salad. Decorate with parsley and serve.
