Chicken with Teriyaki-Sauc

Release the chicken meat from the bones. The chicken legs can stay whole.
Cut the skin with a knife and make holes into the meat with a knife or a fork, so that the meat can soak up the heat and later the sauce, then salt lightly.
Hot saute the prepared meat in a pan (first the side with the skin) until both sides are crispy brown.
Mix the ingredients of the teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
Simmer the thawed vegetables and then fry them together with the cut leek in a frying pan.
Serve the Teriyaki on a plate together with a bowl of rice.
Alternatively cook the saut�d chicken meat in a 200-degree preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or cook in a 600 watts microwave for 3 minutes.
