One of the most popular meals in Japan: YAKISOBA! It is an easy-to-cook, light dish.
Yakisoba is available in a variety of variants: vegetarian, with meat (chicken, steak or also sausages) or seafood.

Instructions:

Cook the noodles for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.

Give a little oil, in a pot or wok, to fry the carrots and onions in.

After approximately one minute add the small cut cabbage.

Give the vegetables on a plate or in a bowl and keep warm.

Give the pre-boiled noodles in the pan or in the wok and...
