Yakisoba

One of the most popular meals in Japan: YAKISOBA! It is an easy-to-cook, light dish.
Yakisoba is available in a variety of variants: vegetarian, with meat (chicken, steak or also sausages) or with seafood.

Instructions:

Give the noodles in hot water for 3-5 minutes.

In a pot or wok, give a little oil and fry the carrots and onions in it.

After approximately one minute, add the cabbage, sliced into small pieces.

After another minute add the sliced bamboo shoots...

...and add the sugar beans.

Add the small sliced shiitake mushrooms.

Give the vegetables on a plate or in a bowl and keep warm.

Give the quick boiled noodles iton the pot or into the wok and...

...fry them for aproximately one minute.

Stir the vegetables under the noodles.

Blanch the soybeans and stir them under the noodles as well...

... then add the Yakisoba-Sauce and a shot of Sake. Season with salt and pepper.
