Chinese glass noodles with minced meat from the region Sechuan - Ma Yi Shang Shu - ants climbing trees

Instructions:

Put the glass noodles into boiling water, then let them simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Heat the wok again and add some oil. Fry the minced meat on a small flame until it is getting crumbly.

Add the black bean paste and the ginger, then keep frying for a short while.

Add the spring onions and the glass noodles.

Pour on the broth, add soy sauce, salt, sugar and cornstarch and cook until the sauce thickens.
